This sauce is truly the Memphis Boss.  A major winner on the competition circuit, and a huge success in the bottled and restaurant side of things, this really does speak to everyone.  Memphis-style sauces are the best of, well everybody really.  A very light twang of vinegar, a sweet overtone, a spicy back kick, and most importantly, a middle ground that fills the palate.
